Grads,

We are a couple hours into the first day of diploma distribution and are realizing we need to really emphasize this part of the original email I sent:
If you cannot come on those dates, but wish to designate a parent or other immediate family member, you must fill out and sign this form and your designee must bring this form and photo ID the day they come in to pick up the diploma. Your diploma cannot be mailed to you nor replaced, so please ensure whether appointing a designee to pick up your diploma is the decision you prefer or whether you would rather come yourself on a future date.

If you can sign this form and give it to your designee, great. If you cannot sign or e-sign, then please still fill out the form and email it to me FROM YOUR @STUY.EDU email address (yes, these are still active). We want to be so careful with distribution since you can only ever receive one diploma.

Lastly, a reminder that all guests have to complete the NYC DoE Health Screening to enter the building. We have paper copies at the front, but the process is smoother when the guest is just flashing us their phone.

Thank you!

All the best,
Ms. Casey J. Pedrick
