Diploma pickup 5/18 and 5/19
Good afternoon class of 2020 parents and guardians, I hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day if you celebrated and that this email finds you doing well. Your graduate received at their stuy.edu<http://stuy.edu> email addresses the following information from Ms. Pedrick regarding the pickup of diplomas and clean out of lockers. Please see below as I know that many may not be checking their old stuy.edu<http://stuy.edu> emails and we will soon ‘detach’ from them and you in our email database. All the best, Dina Email dated 5/10/2021 Any student wishing to retrieve personal belongings from their hall or Phys Ed. locker should come to Stuyvesant on May 18 or 19, 2021 between 2:30 - 4:30 pm. Textbooks have been removed from lockers and returned already, so you do not need to come in to return textbooks [that are in the lockers - textbooks at home should be returned at this time] Locker information can be found in Talos (you must click on 2019-2020 school year and Term 1.) This will be the final opportunity to retrieve items before lockers are cleaned out. All remaining items will be discarded or donated. Email dated 4/26/2021 Graduates of the class of 2020: Now that our building has reopened, you (or your designee) are welcome to come pick up your diploma on a school day, between the hours of 8am - 3:30pm. Please enter through the first floor main entrance, have your temperature taken, and inform the security agent that you are there to pick up your diploma. They will call for your diploma to be brought downstairs to you. It's a good idea to email ADemasi@schools.nyc.gov<mailto:ADemasi@schools.nyc.gov>, to share the date you would like to come to Stuy, as you never know when a school building will be closed these days. If you would like to have someone else pick up your diploma, they must arrive with this Release Form<https://stuy.enschool.org/ourpages/auto/2014/6/18/53629147/Diploma%20Release%20Form%20-%20Class%20of%202020_doc.pdf?rnd=1614016698079>. Your designee must bring this form and photo ID the day they come in to pick up the diploma. Your diploma cannot be mailed to you nor replaced, so please ensure whether appointing a designee to pick up your diploma is the decision you prefer or whether you would rather come yourself on a future date. You are also welcome to return textbooks when you come. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Ms. Pedrick at cpedrick@schools.nyc.gov<mailto:cpedrick@schools.nyc.gov> Ms. Dina Ingram Director of Family Engagement Stuyvesant High School 347-224-6673 cell ringram3@schools.nyc.gov<mailto:ringram3@schools.nyc.gov> www.stuy.edu<http://www.stuy.edu> Read my Blog<https://talos.stuy.edu/cms/pages/stuyvesant-blog/> on talos.stuy.edu<http://talos.stuy.edu/> Follow Stuyvesant on Facebook @StuyNYC<https://www.facebook.com/StuyNYC/>; Twitter @StuyNY<https://twitter.com/StuyNY>; or Instagram @Stuyvesanths_NY<https://www.instagram.com/stuyvesanths_nyc/> “This email message is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential or privileged information.
