On behalf of Assistant Principal Brian Moran, please note that any blended student in grades 10-12 that needs a replacement ID for a lost or stolen student ID should fill out and submit the form located on the school website preferably prior to their entry date to school so that the ID can be printed and waiting for you in room 209 for pick up.
