Dear parents and guardians, This morning, all freshmen were emailed directions and instructions on accessing their student accounts on Naviance from the College Office at their stuy.edu<http://stuy.edu> email address. In order for parents to access Naviance and be connected to their student, there are specific instructions for the student to follow to add their parents’ email address. Your child may read these every time they log in on the opening homepage by clicking “read more” in the first box. You may read the instructions at this link on our school website: https://stuy.enschool.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=126943&type=d&termREC... Naviance is a web-based tool that schools use to communicate with colleges. Freshmen need not use it now for anything but exploration, and neither do you! Feel free to access the tutorials and any resources once added to your child’s account and click anything — you cannot break it and nothing you do there is seen by colleges.
