Tomorrow, Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 6:30pm in Stuyvesant’s theater, we will host the annual Sophomore Parent Workshop! We will, for the first time, be streaming a live webinar simulcast from the theater. If you will be joining us in the theater, please note you must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and bring proof of vaccination along with government issued photo ID and perform the health screening to enter the building.

Masks are required at all times, and we will be socially distanced in the theater.

Our program will have Director of College Counseling, Mr. Jeffrey Makris presenting on Early College Awareness. I will be presenting on an introduction to Naviance and reviewing highlights of using Talos. The Parent’s Association will be presenting to you as well as Assistant Principal, Ms. Casey Pedrick and Principal Yu, who will be covering our Social Emotional Learning Reintegration efforts at Stuyvesant.

During the webinar, if you are joining at home, please note that while questions may be entered on the zoom; we likely will not get to them during the live presentation and may contact you or use them to do an FAQ for release later on.

There will be simultaneous translation in Mandarin in the theatre and a link provided to parents of the Chinese-speaking parent list.
