At this time, we have added important forms and instructions you will need to access in your parent Talos account at
talos.stuy.edu on the Incoming Student Portal. These forms are for the collection of Immunization and Health records as well as necessary documentation to be kept in your child’s cumulative folder and permanent record.
While every family must submit the Immunization and Health forms; please pay careful attention to submitting the correct records that apply to whether your child is coming to Stuyvesant from a Private or a NYC DOE public school; only fill out
the forms applicable.
Please log in to your parent Talos Account; click Incoming Student Portal at the top of the page and begin to submit the information. Forms/documents must be submitted prior to September 3, 2021.

Esperamos darle la bienvenida a su estudiante a Stuyvesant High School este otoño. (Puede ignorar este mensaje si ya ha optado por asistir a otra escuela. Agradecemos su paciencia mientras actualizamos nuestras listas de correo).
En este momento, hemos agregado formularios e instrucciones importantes a las que deberá acceder en su cuenta de Talos para padres en
