Dear Seniors,

In preparation for the end of the school year, please read these important reminders:

Grades for Seniors will be available on Talos on June 21. Follow the instructions emailed and in the Weekly Update for CR requests at this link. Remember the hard deadline is June 25 at noon for requests to appear on transcripts sent to colleges.

We will follow a special schedule on Thursday, June 26. Seniors ONLY will come into the building for diploma pick up in homerooms. Follow the schedule below:

9:15 - 11:00 am Seniors Enter Building (from bridge)

Textbooks and computer (if applicable) drop off .

Textbooks must be scanned in at bridge. Fees are paid in room 209 for lost books.

Devices are returned in room 273B.Diploma pick up and sign out procedures from Homeroom

Seniors should leave building after textbook/resource drop off and pick up of Diploma. Students do NOT need to stay for the duration of the window of time.

Graduates who are unable to pick up diplomas in person in homeroom on June 26 may pick up on June 27 or June 30 as per instructions at this link.

NOTE: Parents and guardians may only pick up a diplomas provided the graduate has signed the Diploma Release form at that link. Photo ID will be required. Diplomas cannot be mailed or replaced.

The building will be closed after June 30 for construction. No diplomas can be picked up over the summer until the week of August 25.
