Dear Juniors and families,

Please review these important rules if your child is ticketed and attending the Junior Prom scheduled for Wednesday evening on June 4 on the Spirit of New York (cruise).

Important Rules for Prom Attendees:

Students should NOT bring bags with the exception of small purses or clutches to hold personal belongings such as cell phone and/or wallet, etc. Please note, there is no space for storage of bags.

Students who bring large bags may run the risk of not being able to board the boat with their bag. Please coordinate ahead of time to ensure you do not bring a bag with you.
Students must arrive on time at the dock at 6:30pm. The boat departs the dock at 7pm. Refunds will not be issued for those who arrive after the boat leaves.

Please do not bring any outside food or drink on board.

Dinner will be served on the boat and snacks and beverages will be available, so you do not need to bring food/drink.

Alcohol, controlled or illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, and/or weapons are strictly prohibited.

A student discovered to be in possession and/or under the influence will have their parents/families immediately contacted and a disciplinary conference will follow upon the return to school. Disciplinary actions may include suspension and restriction to participate in future student activities such as Senior Prom. The boat docks at 10:00pm. If you plan to pick up your child at the dock, please arrive no later than 10:30pm so staff can depart and return home.
