Introducing NYC Teenspace: Strengthening mental health support for our students

Dear Freshmen Families, Our school counseling department partners with our freshmen science teachers to offer seminars on topics such as time management, study skills, and respect for all discussions. In next week’s seminar, our counseling team will be working with members of NYC Teenspace to share a new resourced called Talkspace, which focuses on the emotional and mental health of teenagers. This resource is funded by the NYC Health Department and is intended to be an additional support for our students. Please take a look at the attachments for more information and do not hesitate to reach out to your school counselor for more details.
