Thank you for letting us know. Students attend on 8/30. Parents attend on 8/31. We understand some may be away. There will be other opportunities to learn these orientation items. 
We arranged for ASL interpretation but will cancel it as you are unable to attend. No worries. Enjoy your trip.

Hello, everyone! I'm a deaf mother, my daughter Melanie xie. For the second Camp Stuy on August 30, do you ask the students to attend there? We are going to travel on August 26 and come back on September 3rd. The time is not right. She must go to school on September 7th. Thank you!
