1. College Fair Volunteers for May 1st

WHAT: Stuyvesant’s famous College Fair for Junior families. We ask Freshman, Sophomore and Senior parents to help support this fair, whereby we feed visiting college representatives a lovely dinner before they spend the evening meeting with Junior parents, and help our college office set up for the fair.

WHERE: At Stuyvesant

WHEN: Volunteer positions are available for preparations leading up to the Fair on May 1st, as well as throughout the afternoon and evening of May 1st.

2. Baked Goods for the College Fair on May 1st:

WHAT: send in your homemade baked goods for our famous College Fair.

WHEN: Students can drop off the desserts between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on May 1st outside Dr. Haber's office, room 207.

Your desserts are the highlight of the evening and help express how special our Stuyvesant community is, how dedicated the parenst are, and how we all work together to deliver the amazing educational experienes at Stuy. College Representatives look forward to our fair, especially because of your beautiful dessert donations!

3. Spring Gala Volunteers for May 3rd

We rely on the many volunteers to help the days leading up to the Gala, at the Gala, and days after the Gala. From drivers with cars to the setup crew, from the paparazzi to the check-out team … and everything in between - there is something for everyone. Please sign up to help or better yet, sign up with a friend or two! Please note, if you are volunteering during the event, you will need a ticket. We’ve broken up the slots into short timeframes so you will have plenty of time to eat, drink and mingle.
