We cannot see any of your answers; only whether you have participated. Only 43% of our parents/guardians have participated so far! We need at least 60% participation! You may disregard this email if you already participated. Every year, The Department of Education asks all families of students in grades 3-K through 12, to take the NYC School Survey. The survey gives school leaders a better understanding of what members of their school community think about their school. The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make the school a better place to learn. IMPORTANT – Enter “f” followed by your child’s nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) Number. Note that “f” must be lowercase and if you cut and paste it — take out any spaces! (e.g., f123456789. Note: leaving out the lowercase “f” will mean you are filling out your child’s student survey, not the parent survey.
