Dear
Stuyvesant families,
Please
read these guidelines carefully about the textbook return/locker clean out for grades 10-12 below. We will host this event beginning the week of November 16 from 2:30 to 4pm.
Students
and/or family members must arrive by 3:45pm to enter the building.
-
Students should bring their Stuy ID. Family members need a valid photo ID
to enter the building.
-
Please
arrive early. There will only be 12 students allowed to enter the building at one time.
-
There
may be a wait time. Please plan accordingly and be prepared to wait.
-
Students
must maintain proper social distancing by adhering to markings on the ground/floor. Please have a conversation about social distancing at home.
-
Masks
must be worn by all.
-
Students
dropping off textbooks and not
cleaning out lockers do not
need to wait in line; they may just drop them off at the bridge entrance.
-
IMPORTANT:
Include a post-it with the student full name and OSIS in
all
books being returned. They also have a barcode to scan - we just want the added measure to ensure we clear your account.
-
You
should return library books and English books at this time.
-
-
If
there are items in other locations, please advise school personnel where you need to go in the building.
-
Students and/or family members should know where the locker location is--
this is visible on student AND parent Talos accounts. You must toggle to the 2019-2020 school year Term 2 to see this information. If you did not pay for a locker, the location will not be there. If you did not use the locker you paid for, the location will
not be accurate.
