Device Request of the DOE using the Remote
Learning Device request form.If the hyperlink does not work, use this website link: https://coronavirus.schools.nyc/RemoteLearningDevices to request
an internet-enabled electronic device.
This request form should be used for students who will be blended learners at Stuyvesant that do not have a device they can bring to and from school to use as well as those needing a device for
remote learning at home.
Please make sure to fill out the form by August 31.
