I am sending the message you received on July 28 to remind you that all emails you receive from Talos indicating that you have been ‘unsubscribed’ from email lists are erroneous and to be ignored. Please do not continue to forward them or notify me as we are aware of the problem and are awaiting the resolution from Talos. You may continue to receive them until the issue is resolved as part of the continuing issue yet you are not removed and do not need to email the issue to us.

Good morning,

Many students and parent reached out to me because they received an ‘unsubscribed from email list’ message overnight. I assure you that these messages are an erroneous glitch on Talos that has been reported several times over the last three weeks and yet persists. It is under investigation and you should ignore any messages you receive indicating that you have been ‘unsubscribed’.

We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience of these messages as Talos’ software engineer resolves the issue.
