Many students and parents reached out to me because they received an ‘unsubscribed from email list’ message overnight. I assure you that these messages are an erroneous glitch on Talos that has been reported several times over the last three weeks and yet persists. It is under investigation and you should ignore any messages you receive indicating that you have been ‘unsubscribed’.

We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience of these messages as Talos’ software engineer resolves the issue.
