Good afternoon students, As we end this week and go into the holiday weekend, there are a few reminders we want to make you aware of: * Monday, November 30, 2020 is the last day to submit a request for CR grades. These requests must come through a PARENT Talos account. Please speak to your parent regarding placing them or have them email me directly if they need assistance or are separated from you in their account. Instructions in English and Chinese are at this link that have been updated: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-GsBmQxy3Bg3dXr5ydUFevu9TnMWRapEEwmyVjwl... * The Mayor has indicated that a plan for a return to schools will be announced some time next week, and we will continue to keep you updated as details are released. There are no classes Thursday and Friday, November 26 and 27. School resumes on Monday, November 30 remotely for all students until further notice. * When we return to schools, COVID-testing will be mandatory for all blended learners. A parent or guardian will need to sign the consent either by emailing the form on our school website<https://stuy.enschool.org/ourpages/auto/2020/7/25/61873432/Student%20COVID-1...> to Ms. DiCarlo or consenting digitally in their parent NYC Schools Account. If they need assistance with their NYCSA account, they must contact me via email directly. They may do so in any language. The account information will not be shared with students, and the activation code is specific to each parent. * If you missed the SLT meeting yesterday, the recording has been posted to the Talos SLT Info page <https://talos.stuy.edu/cms/pages/slt-information-hub/> and can be accessed at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDFEcdIOMkU. * Mr. Blumm’s Opportunities Bulletin is attached in Long and Short form and posted every week to the Talos Document Hub<https://talos.stuy.edu/cms/pages/document-hub/?tag=opportunities-bulletins-2...> as well as linked to my Weekly Update <https://talos.stuy.edu/cms/pages/updates/> very Monday morning and linked in the Parent’s Association e-news. Lastly, all of us at Stuyvesant High School wish you a safe, restful and happy Thanksgiving with your family and loved ones. Very best, Ms. Ingram
