Arrival * Homeroom Readers are to arrive at 10:30am, as indicated in the email sent to you all earlier today. * All Other Seniors are to arrive at 11am. Please be prompt. * Families should arrive after 11am, but note that we are asking the students to come early because we are starting the ceremony exactly at 12 noon. We expect families to be seated in the stadium at 12 noon. * All graduation tickets were sent out. Homeroom readers will then sit in the second and third chairs, in that case. Ceremony Procedure * Before the ceremony begins, your homeroom readers will hand out your Marching Order cards to you. You need to hold onto these as you will present them to the computer kids before you walk the stage. * When we get to the portion of the ceremony where students will walk the stage, we will go in alphabetical order of homerooms - 7AA first, then 7BB. Your homeroom reader will tell you when to get up and join the line. * We will be walking around for questions.
